The Practice Manager is involved in the day-to-day non-clinical aspects of running the practice and manages all administration and nursing staff.  This involves finance, health & safety and personnel.  She is always happy to receive any suggestions you may have on improving our service.  Any information you share with her is kept strictly confidential.

The Office Manager supports the Practice Manager in day-to-day activities of the main office.

Finance Officer/Secretary (Part-Time)

The Finance Officer supports the Practice Manager in the financial running of the practice.  She deals with the day-to-day financial position of the business.

The Receptionists are the first point of contact for the practice and deal with queries both face-to-face and by telephone.  The Receptionists are a vital part of the day-to-day running of the practice and are the liaison between patient and GP.  Please always be courteous and treat reception staff as you yourself would wish to be treated.

Secretaries

The Secretary deals with all administration activities relating to referrals, hospital appointments, private referrals and insurance requests for patients.
